The Incredible Years is a free course to help parents: a) feel more in control; b) enjoy their children; c) encourage their success at school. They share solutions and problem solve together so invite parents to come and add their voice and experiences.
There are 12 weekly sessions of two hours. The topics they cover include: a) promoting self-esteeem and co-operative behaviour; b) helping the child to learn; c) using praise and rewards to motivate the child and teach new behaviours; d) setting limits and following through with rules.
